Kelly is a licensed Property and Casualty Insurance agent with more than five years experience developing client relationships through sales and marketing.

She received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Management from Georgia College and State University and is also a Georgia Military College alumni.  She and her family are Members of Victory Baptist Church.

Kelly is a member of The Milledgeville Baldwin County Chamber of Commerce,  Independent Insurance Agents of Georgia, and The Professional Insurance Agents of Georgia.
